Inexpensive Overnight Stay with Potential!

Great place for a budget-friendly overnight trip. The clean bathroom was appreciated, but the pillows need improvement. Loved the comfy bed after a long day. Don't miss the nearby dining options for quick meals. Just ensure to check your room's amenities upon arrival!

Big hotel with a nice pool and a comfy and incredible location in a decent area. Location: the property was right by THE RIVER, New Braunfels, restaurants and freeway. We found nice Palm Cafe nearby with hot beverages.

I liked that there was a sofa bed in the room in case of an extra guest, but we did not need it. Room was at the ground floor across from the pool.

We needed a kitchenette and it was not what the inn had adverstised. I was very disappointed. There was no coffee pot in the room.

Comfortable beds, made for a restful night.

The hallway carpets were in desperate need of cleaning.

Nothing it was the worse place I've ever started at

It was dirty, bugs everywhere, neighbors tried to break in to our room and when we told the front desk they did nothing, there was a huge party in the rooms beside us and above us didn't get any sleep sure to it when tried to complain they did nothing, we had to purchase our own cleaner to clean the bathroom because it was covered in dirt and the beds had dirty sheets on them had to purchase blankets due to beds being dirty. The front desk did nothing about this issue. I will never stay in this hotel and I will tell all my friends and family to never stay there. The cost was way too high and could not get a refund.

Despite a roach problem and dirty bedding, the air conditioning was effective and the location was convenient for dining options. This stay served its purpose for one night.

The Queen Room was spacious and well-maintained, offering a comfortable stay. The location was convenient for exploring nearby attractions. I appreciated the friendly staff during check-in, who were accommodating despite the issues I encountered later.

The customer service left much to be desired, especially when dealing with cancellation requests.

The pool area provided a relaxing atmosphere, and Mrs Mary, the cleaning lady, was superb in her service. Unfortunately, the experience was marred by a bedroom infested with bed bugs. Breakfast options were limited and lacked freshness, with orange juice that tasted off. Staff at times were not helpful and appeared disengaged, leading to a frustrating stay.

With 7 kids in tow, we loved the convenient access to tubing on the river and the nearby Schlitterbahn Water Park. The check-in was smooth, and the location was perfect for our adventures.

My kids wished there were more kid-friendly amenities to keep them entertained during downtime. A game room or playground would have been a great addition.

Had a blast with friends! Great spot for hitting Schlitterbahn Water Park and tubing on the river. The staff was friendly and helpful when we had questions. Just remember, room maintenance can vary, so check the air conditioning first.

The salmon was fresh and divine! Plus, the check-in was smooth, and the pool area had a chill vibe that was perfect for unwinding. Not to mention, we were super close to Taco Palenque and Denny's for quick bites!

That said, the noise from the parking lot was a bit much, and the staff seemed a little out of their depth, double-checking in another guest into my room. Thankfully, I was there to stop it!

I was really surprised by the charming decor and overall cleanliness of the hotel. The lovely front desk staff, and I appreciated the easy access for seniors throughout the hotel.
